The Key to My Heart
I am attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, I feel the most alive when things are straight-forward, and are often told that I am loved.

I'd like my lover to think that I am optimistic and happy.

I would be forced to break up with someone who is ruthless, cold-blooded, and sarcastic.

My ideal relationship is open. We must both can talk about everything... no secrets.

There is no risk of cheating for me. I mostly care about society and morality. And I seldom break a commitment.

Marriage something I've always wanted... though no one has offered yet and I haven't really thought about it.

At this moment, I think of love as something I don't need. What Are The Keys To Your Heart?

Aging - The Incurable Disease?

Every time I realize that I am aging I get this feeling of being spent, tired and of no use no more. It is not a disease nor an affliction but why are so many so caught up with it, and without meaning to sometimes, struggle to relive their youthful days.

Consumed by our day to day 'aging' existence we eventually forget the things that really matter?

Is passion now just a youthful emotion? Is age leading me to believe that my time is almost over?

Realistically, what?, maybe I just have enough 10 good years?

So then what is my life now? My relationships, are they making me honestly happy?
Can I still improve what I have now?

How about my social life? Do I have one? My friends, where have all of them gone?
What do I do now?

I need to get my mantra going today.

My life is life is good... ooooohhmmm...ooooohhmmm...ooooohhmmm

Vitamin C - Sodium Ascorbate

Healing meant I needed to take care of myself better. And so I started taking FERN C - the non-acidic form of ascorbic acid - sodium ascorbate.

I dissolve it in half a glass of water and then drink the solution.

When I researched the internet about sodium ascorbate this was what I found.

"Sodium Ascorbate powder is a non-acidic form of Vitamin C. Vitamin C has intrinsic antiviral and antibacterial activity though its main effect is improvement in host resistance. Sodium Ascorbate (Vitamin C Powder) may be beneficial in: General immunity boosting, helping to ward off or prevent colds & flus, assisting the healing wounds, aiding the body in fighting infection, etc.

Unlike most animals that produce their own Vitamin C, the human body does not synthesize any. Whether for general immunity boosting or for the treatment of a specific condition, one requires more Vitamin C than our contemporary diet supplies.

The amount of vitamin C you take daily determines its effectiveness. 60 mg per …

Protecting Our Immune System

I don't know if there is any truth to something I read on the web (I am not just sure where) "that other deadly organisms exist today which are not natural in origin, but rather have been bio-engineered in genetic engineering laboratories located mostly in the United States.

"The body's own immune system, if sufficiently strengthened and boosted by natural means, can resist or surmount an attack by any natural biological organism".

"These pathogens were intentionally designed to circumvent and cripple the body's immune system and ensure the lethality of the disease. Two well known bio-engineered diseases are AIDS and Ebola. There are some new 'mystery' diseases which have recently made their appearance and yet other virulent bio-engineered diseases which are waiting in the wings for the 'right time'.

Bio-engineered organisms require special consideration and technologies to defeat them, but they are defeatable."

Valentines '95/Letters/Cards/Notes

Dearest Mahal,

This is a token - not for lack of emotions but more so for want of resources. Appearances aside, I have placed up to 80% of my current resources to this item.

In the past couple of weeks or so, you had mentioned that you missed the "G" you knew before. I have always loved you and still do very much. The emotions and intentions have always been there although its tangible expression had been inhibited by the inability to fulfill some of the material responsibilities in relationship. This was further compounded when I first secured resources from you two summers ago.

I have begun mu utmost effort this year to mount a massive agenda for work, and given the fruit of hard labor, I may be able to fulfill those responsibilities that you've carried for some time.

I believe that apart from seeing through one another, the other primary purpose of life on this earth is to see one another through.

I love you and I need you. And I know you know you need me too. For what sp…

I deserve some quiet time

When my BP shoots up practically every morning, I do some meditating exercises before I begin my regular housework or laundry.

I try to free my mind from everything, clearing and emptying my thoughts. I guess a quiet and relaxed mind leads to silence, harmony with the material world then inner peace.

That's what happens to me.

I do this for 30 minutes.

And I meditate as often as I need it. It helps!
