I deserve some quiet time

When my BP shoots up practically every morning, I do some meditating exercises before I begin my regular housework or laundry.

I try to free my mind from everything, clearing and emptying my thoughts. I guess a quiet and relaxed mind leads to silence, harmony with the material world then inner peace.

That's what happens to me.

I do this for 30 minutes.

And I meditate as often as I need it. It helps!
