Pray, Pray and Pray (Whatever your religious beliefs are)
Continuously battling everything that ails me. Today, I am quite depressed, one of those low days. I am thinking, I can die happy. I believe I have fulfilled most of my mission in life. Four grown children having finished their college degrees and leading their own respective adult and responsible lives. To fight this depression I am praying The Lord's Prayer . This works for me every time. I am sure something else works for the rest of you out there.
